Aether Aerial Media services the Nashville metropolitan area, however we will take on projects within a one to three hour radius at our convenience, for additional cost. This cost will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refer to the Additional Services section below for details.
Aether Aerial Media embraces an open, honest, and transparent pricing philosophy for our potential customers. We refuse to hide our rates behind a mandatory contact form. With that being said, we do understand that customers have a wide range of unique needs. Inspection & Survey Assistance

A Per Minute Motor Usage Charge (PMMUC) at a rate of $6/minute will be incurred on inspection and survey assistance/agricultural/reconnaissance projects lasting less than an hour.

After the first hour, the PMMUC is invalidated, and projects will be charged at a rate of $300/hr, in half hour intervals.

Inspection and survey assistance projects are for capturing raw aerial footage only, for a variety of purposes and applications. Due to this, editing services are not available with survey assistance projects. Please allow five business days for delivery.
Mapping

A Per Minute Motor Usage Charge (PMMUC) at a rate of $10/minute will be incurred on Mapping projects lasting less than an hour.

After the first hour, the PMMUC is invalidated, and projects will be charged at a rate of $550/hr, in half hour intervals.

Photogrammetric Mapping is the process of capturing a high volume of detailed images for the purpose of generating orthomosaics, terrain models, and building models, in 2D or 3D. Mapping services will not exceed 1,000 photographs per map. Due to the complex nature of these projects, and the sheer amount of photographs involved, please allow seven to ten business days for delivery of the requested material. Photogrammetric Mapping services can be combined with our other packages to generate 2D or 3D renderings of landscape and properties. Please contact us for further details on custom packages.
Additional Services

Additional video footage outside of that offered by our packages is available at a rate of $100/minute of footage, offering you the flexibility to showcase your property, venue, or event just the way you want to.

We service the Nashville metropolitan area, and take on projects within an approximate one hour radius of it. For projects within a one to three hour radius, an excess travel charge will be added. Typically this will be charged by the mile at a rate of $.50/mile (fifty cents per mile), both ways, to cover fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and transportation of equipment. However, special circumstances may exist. If we are already scheduled to be in your area, we would be more than happy to coordinate with you in order to reduce or eliminate the travel charge.
